Shelby Weaver
Shelby Weaver is a wife, mother and Realtor. All of her titles are full time jobs and she thrives on a busy schedule. She is available for all of her client’s needs at all hours and loves serving her community. She has been known to water the plants before a showing and go to bat for her clients when needed. Her goal as a Realtor is to provide her clients with the smoothest most beneficial transaction possible. Shelby was labeled a “Top Producing Agent” within her very first year as a Realtor. She is competitive and does not give up until she and her clients are satisfied, and all goals are accomplished. She can become a local expert in whatever market you desire.

Seth Johnson
Seth Johnson has been an active member of the Bowie Community his entire life, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in Montague County, Seth is ready to help with your home/land buying and selling needs. Celsey
Celsey is a native to Bowie and Montague county, where she is currently living with her husband and son. She was raised in a ranching and agriculture background, her love for country living and land runs deep. Barrett
Barrett is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Barrett's 12 years of sales, marketing, and previous management experience with a major North Texas alcohol distributor gives him the knowledge and connections needed to succeed in real estate.
He prides himself on his problem solving skills; putting his clients’ needs first and will work tirelessly to figure out the best solution that benefits everyone.

Shane
Shane has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011. His passion is real estate and he loves being able to help clients achieve their real estate goals. He delivers a “no fluff” results oriented service that always has your best interest at heart.
Shane started his real estate career with turn-key real estate companies. During his first 5 years in real estate he was apart of over 750 flips. The volume of work he was a part of during this time frame helped him develop expert knowledge in acquisitions and renovations. He uses this knowledge as a basis of everything he does in real estate from working with home buyers and seller, helping investors find their next investment property, and helping himself be successful with his own real estate investments.
Shane graduated from Texas Tech University in the spring of 2011. He and his wife, Katy’s, careers took them to the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex where Shane began his real estate journey and Katy started her master degree in Nurse Anesthesia. After having kids they began thinking about where they wanted to raise their family. Their love for the culture and the people of west Texas drew them back in the Fall of 2017. They and their two sons, Jack and Adam, now call Midland home, and they could not be more grateful to be able to provide a great service to their community.
